In the production workshop, each process is seamlessly connected. 

The material handlers neatly stack the accessories in advance, allowing the operators to immediately start the assembly upon receiving the parts, reducing the waiting time. The senior workers, with years of experience, can spot the slightest errors in the parts at a glance and make timely adjustments to ensure product quality. On the assembly line, the workers are skillful in using various tools, precisely tightening every screw and connecting every wire, with each action exuding professionalism and composure.

When it comes to the packaging area, an atmosphere of meticulousness and rigor pervades. The packaging workers first carefully wipe the surface of the products with a soft dust cloth to ensure there is no dust or stains left. For the precision components of the products, they will put on special anti-static protective covers, then wrap them comprehensively with cushioning foam and carefully secure them with adhesive tape to prevent displacement and collision during transportation. For large equipment, the workers will reasonably place wooden frames in the packaging boxes for reinforcement according to the shape and center of gravity of the equipment, and repeatedly calibrate with a level to ensure the equipment remains balanced and stable in the box. After packaging each product, the quality inspectors will once again check the firmness of the packaging and whether the protective measures are in place. They will even check the label information on the packaging box word by word to ensure accuracy.

The quality inspection process is equally meticulous. The quality inspectors hold inspection instruments and conduct a comprehensive inspection of the products, leaving no detail unattended, from the appearance to the performance. Once problems are found, they will promptly communicate with the production staff and work together to solve them, ensuring that 100% of the products leave the factory qualified. To accelerate the shipping speed, the logistics team closely cooperates with the production department. The vehicle dispatchers keep track of the production progress in real time and arrange transportation vehicles reasonably; the forklift drivers skillfully operate the equipment and precisely load the goods onto the vehicles; the drivers carefully inspect the vehicle conditions to ensure transportation safety and efficiently deliver the products to customers.
