CUSTOMIZATION SERVICE

In order to facilitate transportation, the size and weight of the equipment or parts of machine can be adjusted according to local transportation policies to minimize transportation costs and save disassembly time.

Three types of side piling mechanism are available. One is a hanging attachable side mechanism, which can be used to press side piles near obstacles, and is generally used for small tonnage machines. A plug-in side piling mechanism, which can also be used for medium tonnage machines. A fixed side piling mechanism, the side piling distance is slightly farther apart. Different side piling forms can be used according to site requirements.

Choice of telescopic legs: The telescopic legs are designed to facilitate transportation without dismantling the outriggers, which saves time and facilitates workers when the equipment is transferred. For small tonnage machines, the whole machine can be transported without disassembly.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

In order to control the product quality, most of the structural parts on the equipment are cut, welded, positioned, assembled and debugged in the factory to ensure that they can be checked and controlled. For example, some key components, such as the pile clamping jaws, are integrally bored to ensure concentricity, and the pile will not be biased when the pile is clamped.
