Pile Drilling Machine

SMW drilling rig, which is short for Soil Mixing Wall,is a new generation construction method . It uses special multi-shaft stirring to drill into the soil in situ, and at the same time inject the cement slurry into the soil at the end of the drill bit. After fully stirring and mixing, install H-beam or other profiles before the water-concrete mixture is hardened. In the stirring pile body, a continuous and complete, seamless underground continuous wall with certain strength and rigidity is formed. The wall can be used as a soil retaining and water-stop structure for underground excavation foundation pits.

Pile drilling machine is a general term for drilling machinery used in pile foundation construction.

Depending on the construction method, it includes bored pile drilling machine, impact drilling rigs, rotary drilling rigs, long auger drilling rigs (CFA), and rotary drilling rigs, etc.
