T-works Static Pile Driver Model 460 Completes Boom Testing with Excellent Performance

Shipments proceed smoothly, with production, quality inspection, and testing ensuring stable progress. Let's straight to the scene of the first test of the boom after the setup of the zyc series 460 model. 

In the boom chassis rotation test, technicians accurately measured the rotation accuracy, stability, and slewing speed of the boom chassis using professional measuring instruments in accordance with industry standards. By simulating various complex working conditions, the boom chassis maintained stable operation during 360-degree rotation, with the slewing positioning accuracy controlled within an extremely smalldeviation range. This ensures that the equipment can quickly and accurately adjust the boom direction at the construction site to meet the requirements of different piling positions.  

In the boom lifting and lowering test, scenarios of frequent boom lifting and lowering in actual construction were simulated. Starting from the initial position, the boom was gradually lifted to the designed maximum elevation angle and then smoothly lowered back to the starting position. Throughout the process, the boom’s movements were monitored in real time by high-precision sensors. Its lifting and lowering speed was uniform and controllable, and when bearing the maximum load required by the design, there was no visible deformation or shaking of the boom structure. Analysis of the data feedback from the sensors showed that all movement parameters of the boom were highly consistent with the preset values, fully verifying the excellent synergy between the boom’s power system and mechanical structure.  

The hook telescoping test was also one of the key focuses of this testing. Technicians conducted multiple rounds of tests on the hook’s telescoping performance under different working conditions. The test results showed that the hook responded quickly and moved flexibly during extension and retraction, capable of accurately positioning to any designated location. At the same time, the load-bearing capacity of the hook passed strict load tests, fully meeting the requirements for lifting prefabricated piles of different specifications and construction accessories, and providing strong support for efficient and safe operations in subsequent actual construction.  

In the boom load-lifting test, the technical team selected simulated pile bodies of specified weights as loads in accordance with relevant standards and gradually increased the lifting load to comprehensively inspect the boom’s performance under different working conditions. Throughout the test, the boom demonstrated good rigidity and stability at different amplitudes, successfully completing a series of complex movements such as lifting, translation, and lowering without any structural damage or safety hazards. Subsystems such as the equipment’s hydraulic system, electrical control system, and safety protection devices worked closely in synergy, monitoring and accurately adjusting various key parameters in real time to ensure the safe and orderly progress of the test. In case of any abnormal conditions, the safety protection devices could be activated quickly to effectively prevent accidents.
