 A Dutch customer had specific needs for their piling equipment: no reliance on cranes, integrated safety guardrails, pile-in assistance features, and square pile jaws.   

 To meet these demands, our team focused on two key adjustments:   

- Equipment size modification: We redesigned the frame to enhance self-sufficiency, eliminating the need for external cranes. This compact yet robust structure allows the machine to operate independently on-site.   

- Hydraulic system tuning: The hydraulic design was adjusted to optimize the pile-in assistance function, ensuring smoother, more precise pile alignment. The square pile jaws were also integrated seamlessly, with hydraulic controls for secure gripping.   

 The result? A tailored solution that ticks all boxes: crane-free operation, enhanced safety via guardrails, efficient pile assistance, and reliable square pile handling. It’s a testament to our ability to adapt to regional needs with technical precision.
