Working principle
The disc pelletizing machine is a disc-shaped pelletizing equipment that makes fine-grained powder into pellets whose particle size meets the requirements of the next process. The granulated material is rolled and rubbed under the action of gravity, centrifugal force and frictional force in the inclined and rotating disc, and forms a cue ball under the condition of adding appropriate water. The fine-grained material rolls on the wet surface of the cue ball to make the cue ball grow and have a certain strength. The pellets of different sizes automatically run along different tracks in the disc, and the finished pellets that meet the requirements are discharged from the disc.

* Using a completely enclosed internal gear transmission system, the transmission gear is isolated from external dust, so that the tooth surface is not worn by dust and pollution, reducing the failure rate, prolonging the service life of the gear, and ensuring the operation rate.
* The disc body of the ball making disc is supported by a plane, running smoothly and without vibration.
* The center distance and clearance of the large and small gears are guaranteed by machining, and the transmission precision is high. The clearance of domestic traditional ball making has to be adjusted manually. If the clearance is too large, too small, or too biased, it will affect the precision and service life of the transmission. Some balls need to be adjusted once every two months.
