Our ZYC180 ton hydraulic static pile driver machine, widely shortened as static pile driver, is a silent hydraulic piling equipment specially designed for urban municipal engineering, residential building foundation, soft soil area construction. The static pile driver uses its own weight as the reaction force to steadily press precast piles into the soil. It is free of vibration, low in noise, and non-polluting, making it the preferred choice for urban construction. Changsha Tianwei static pile drivers have outstanding strength, with a complete product range covering pile pressing forces from 60 to 1200 tons, suitable for various pile types such as square piles and round piles. Its inverted outrigger cylinder design offers strong durability, and the 16-cylinder pile clamping box ensures the quality of pile formation. It is convenient to disassemble, assemble, and transport. Equipped with an energy-saving hydraulic system, it can complete over 1,000 meters of piles per work shift. 3.How about the lead time and payment terms?
Normally it is 30days after deposit is received if there is no special requirements. Both T/T and L/C as payment terms are ok for us.

4.How about after sale service and warranty of machine?
We will send engineer to assemble the machine and train the operators and maintenance . 1 year warranty for machine structure and 6months for main spare parts, but lifelong after-sale service provided.

Our hydraulic static pile driver machine has zero vibration and low noise, allowed in downtown municipal works; hammer rigs produce loud vibration and noise, restricted in urban areas. ZYC180 static pile driver also protects precast piles from cracking during pressing.

It fits 250–400mm square concrete piles and 300–400mm round piles; we can customize clamping box for larger pile sizes upon request.
