Tianwei KL series of Bored Pile Drilling Rig are new generation of multi-functional piling machinery, which are mainly big model that can drill hole specified with diameter of 1000mm. The products are widely applied in both civil and industrial construction work of foundation piling for urban constructions, railway, deep excavated retaining projects etc. There are two types due to different movement methods, crawler type KLU and walking type KLB, thus could be adopted in different geological conditions, and different foundation construction methods.
Multi-function drilling rig can be equipped with:
1.power head, the bored pile drills can finish cast-in-place concrete CFG pile and grouting piles driving by anger rig.
2. Vibrating hammer. Compression device can finish cast-in-place concrete piles, expanded piles with immersed tube.
3.hydraulic static pile or diesel pile. Can do precast piles and prestressed Piles.
4.Three-axises power head for underground continuous wall construction
5.Lifting tools for uplifting piles

Structure design
1. The column is foldable. The complete appliance can attached with towing device to be transported from different construction sites.
2. The power head system uses three-ring reducer mechanism, with great weight bearing capacity, and reliable in use.
3. The side adjustment mechanism can work independently to adjust the verticality of the column.
4. Spiral vane of the drilling rod uses high quality carbon steel 16Mn, which is hard-wearing, good in strength. The bit inlays carbide blades to drill faster than normal.
5. The main windlass uses reducer with greater reduction ratio, which is simple in structure but good in the rope-arranging work.

3) Package: Nude package.
4) Payment: 30% of total contract price by TT as deposit, balance amount of total contract price by TT upon inspection before delivery to China sea port for export.
5) Delivery: Approximated 20 days ready for inspection at China factory from the day of receiving the deposit in full amount.

In the guarantee time, any quality problem caused by manufacturing after confirmation of us shall be repaired for free; Exceed the guarantee time, we can also supply repair services to our products charged for repair cost only.
