Meeting the specific needs of our Indonesia client, T-works tackled a key challenge: retaining the original 80-ton jacking capacity while shrinking the machine size to fit narrow construction sites—a common hurdle in dense urban areas.   

 The solution hinged on two innovations: 

  - High-strength materials: Critical components like the main frame and clamping structure were crafted from advanced high-strength alloys. This cut weight and bulk without weakening load-bearing ability, keeping the 80-ton power intact. 

  - Revamped hydraulic design: A compact, integrated hydraulic system replaced bulkier setups. Streamlined piping and optimized components reduced the machine’s footprint—narrowing width and height—while boosting efficiency.   

 The result? A pile driver that hits 80 tons of jacking force but fits tight spaces. It navigates narrow lanes and cramped sites with ease, proving T-works’ knack for blending power and agility. Perfect for Indonesia’s constrained construction environments.
