Ukraine’s long, frigid winters demand hydraulic systems that perform reliably in low temperatures. To meet this need, T-works customized solutions for local clients, focusing on two key upgrades.  

First, we adopted special low-temperature seals—crafted from advanced fluoroelastomers. These seals remain flexible even at -40°C, preventing leaks that plague standard rubber parts in cold. They withstand repeated temperature cycles, boosting durability.  

Second, we revamped the hydraulic system:   - Low-viscosity anti-wear oil ensures fluidity at -25°C, reducing startup strain.   - Integrated heating modules in the oil tank quickly warm fluid to 10°C+, cutting startup time.   - Insulated piping minimizes heat loss, protecting against cold-induced cracks.  

 Field tests in -20°C conditions confirmed success: fast startups (under 5 minutes) and 8+ hours of leak-free, consistent operation. T-works delivers gear tailored to Ukraine’s harsh winters—proving adaptability to global climate challenges.
