Persistent national high temperatures have posed widespread challenges to manufacturers—rising workshop temperatures, heavier equipment heat dissipation loads, and high-temperature risks in logistics. Meanwhile, the industry’s peak sales season has arrived, with order volumes surging year-on-year. Facing these dual pressures, Tianwei has maintained efficient production and shipment through long-term management experience and pre-planned solutions, demonstrating its solid strength with stable performance.
Inside T-works' workshops, despite outdoor temperatures exceeding 35°C, intelligent ventilation and local cooling systems keep the environment at around 28°C for efficient work. To balance high-temperature work intensity and peak-season capacity needs, a "staggered production + flexible scheduling" mechanism is in place: high-intensity assembly is done before 9 a.m. and after 5 p.m., while noon hours focus on equipment maintenance and part inspection. This avoids heat impacts on personnel and equipment, keeping daily production capacity above 95% of the designed peak. Notably, prior to summer, Tianwei upgraded core equipment with heat dissipation modules and stocked emergency parts, eliminating high-temperature-related shutdowns.
The order surge also tests supply chain coordination. T-works' production planning team collaborated with procurement and logistics in advance, using historical data and real-time orders to launch a "dynamic raw material replenishment + batch pre-storage of finished products" plan: key components are stocked for over 15 days, and finished goods warehouses have "to-be-shipped" and "emergency" zones, enabling order picking, verification, and loading within 24 hours. Logistics links are optimized too—heat-sensitive parts use double-layer protection (heat-insulating film + buffer materials), and logistics partners follow a "morning/evening transport, noon rest" schedule. To date, Tianwei’s on-time delivery rate for peak-season orders hits 98%, with no delays from heat or order pressure.
"The dual pressures of heat and peak seasons test an enterprise’s ability to ‘handle unconventional challenges normally’," said T-works' production operation head. "For years, we’ve stuck to ‘advance planning and detail control’—revising the *High-Temperature Production Support Manual* yearly before summer, optimizing capacity allocation with historical data. These experiences and standards are key to our smooth response. Going forward, we’ll continue upgrading production and logistics, turning special-scenario capabilities into regular operational advantages to provide more stable supply for customers."
